Dan Moroșan Universitatea Babes-Bolyai
Dan Moroșan (born in 1990) is a Ph.D candidate at the Faculty of Law of Babeș-Bolyai University in the area of Criminal Law, under the supervision of professor Florin Streteanu. His research is focused on several aspects of European and national criminal law and more specifically, on extended confiscation. Since 2016, Dan is also a tutor at the discipline Criminal Law – the general part. Before embarking on his Ph.D, Dan graduated a LLM programme in advanced International and European Law from Maastricht University. As well, he had the opportunity to study as a graduate student at McGill University and the University of British Columbia, on topics that relate to comparative law and IT & legal studies. Content wise, Dan has published articles in high graded law reviews and participated at several national and international conferences.
