Martin Böse Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn
Professor Dr Martin Böse is Professor of criminal law, criminal procedure and European and International criminal law at the University of Bonn. He holds a DPhil in law (University of Göttingen) and was awarded with a Postdoctoral qualification (Habilitation) by the University of Dresden. His main research interests lie in the fields of European criminal law, international cooperation in criminal matters and economic criminal law. He coordinated and participated in many international research projects (among others, on the establishment of a European Public Prosecutor’s Office, the evaluation of mutual trust in the EU with regard to the implementation of the European Arrest Warrant, and on conflicts of jurisdiction in criminal matters in the EU).
